The event has always been run at Silverstone and the weather is almost always awful. This year was no exception as the snow blew horizontally across the circuit.

The event is split into several sections. An acceleration and braking test, a slalom and a high speed trial.

The slalom saw several cars severely damaged as they lost control coming out of the first section and accelerated towards the finish line. T. Riley severely damaged his Datsun 240Z and P. Blenk did his immaculate Jaguar XK 150S no good at all.
